Prepayment policy:

Booking needs to be fully paid within 24 hours using the link that guest receives at once he finished reservation. If booking will be not paid, it will be canceled and guest will be charged according cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation up to 12.00 2 days before arrival guest looses 15% from total booking amount. In case of late cancellation guest looses the whole amount. In case of No show guest looses the whole amount.

Booking modification:

If you want to change your reservation (increase/ decrease number of guests, change dates, change room type, etc.) you must cancel your reservation and make a new one. For cancellation you will be charged for 15% from total booking amount.
